Classes of driving behavior correction groups are provided by a legal person who has appropriately trained staff and who has certified the ability and experience to lead behavior correction groups to a commission established by the Minister of Transport.

Driving correction group classes are provided by SIA "Psihologs Tev" (tel. 26264496, e-mail: grupa@psihologstev.lv ). Classes are held for 4 days; their total duration is 10 hours. The fee for correction group lessons is 130 euros (payment is made according to the invoice issued by the trainer).

A specific decision on whether a driver should attend courses or driving behavior correction group sessions is made by the CSDD, taking into account the recorded violations (depending on whether the points were awarded for driving under the influence of alcohol, aggressive driving, or ignoring traffic lights or road signs, etc.)
