When accumulating 16 points (for drivers with less than 2 years of experience - 10 points), the driver is prohibited to drive. The term of the prohibition is 1 year, and after its end, to renew the driving licence, both the theoretical and driving tests must be successfully passed in the CSDD. For drivers with less than 2 years of experience, the status of the new driver is extended for another year.
