European Conference of Ministers of Transport – ECMT (Conférence Européenne des Ministres des Transports – CEMT) is international organisation having facilitation of the road carriage among Member Countries and development of transport infrastructure in the European countries as fields of activities. ECMT assigns each Member Country certain number of road carriage licences (ECMT Multilateral Quota) and sets technical requirements for vehicles using these licences.
Technical requirements for CEMT vehicles are incorporated in the Regulation No. 295 of 30.05.2017. of the Cabinet of Ministers “Regulation on state roadworthiness testing of vehicles and road-side checks”.
