Individual certification for O1, O2 category trailers
For the individual approval (certification) of a vehicle, one must apply for the preparation of a technical description and a vehicle inspection.
The technical description is prepared during the vehicle inspection at the CSDD Certification Centre in Riga, Mazjumpravas iela 78, or at the technical inspection stations in Jēkabpils, Liepāja, or Daugavpils.
The inspection is by appointment only; an appointment can be booked over the phone in Riga:
In Jēkabpils, Liepāja, or Daugavpils, this can be done by sending photographs of both sides, the front, and back of the trailer and the contact details of the applicant (e-mail address, contact phone number) to jekabpils.ta@csdd.gov.lv, liepaja.ta@csdd.gov.lv, or daugavpils.ta@csdd.gov.lv.
