Procedure for registration and cancellation of the prohibition in the CSDD customer service center

The prohibition can be registered and deleted in CSDD customer service center:

  • by applying in person and presenting your personal passport or ID card. Driving license issued by the CSDD may be presented if the Population Register contains information regarding the valid passport or ID card
  • by sending the application by post. When sending an application by post, the application requires the certification of a sworn notary or another person referred to in Section 1474 of the Civil Law. A document certifying the payment for the service must be attached to the application.

The following persons are allowed to impose and remove a vehicle owner's prohibition:

  • for the registered owner or possessor of the vehicle - an adult natural person;
  • by an authorized person of the owner - a natural person - by submitting a power of attorney certified by a sworn notary or other person specified in Section 1474 of the Civil Law to impose a prohibition;
  • by the owner - a legal person - a person entitled to sign, who, on the basis of regulatory enactments, statutes or regulations, acts on behalf of the legal person;
  • by an authorized person of the owner - a legal person - by submitting a power of attorney issued by the legal person with a stamp and a signature of a person entitled to sign to impose or cancel the prohibition;
  • by insolvent individual (family) business or farm administrator to the owner of the individual (family) enterprise or farm, respectively, for a vehicle (vessel) registered in the CSDD register, if additional documents are submitted certifying the applicant's right to perform the functions of an administrator in the enterprise , Certificate from the Register of Enterprises).

Attention!
The owner prohibition on the CSDD cannot be imposed and lifted by the spouse of the registered owner.
If only several responsible persons can act on behalf of the owner-legal person at the same time, the owner's prohibition may be imposed only if the application for imposing or lifting the prohibition is confirmed and submitted by all these responsible persons.
