Change of frame

  1. Before actual change of the frame the vehicle must be presented at roadworthiness testing station and endorsement obtained for this technical modification.
  2. The technical modification must be carried out in compliance with the requirements of the modification rules.
  3. The vehicle must be presented for the technical expertise as following the technical modification of category one at any roadworthiness testing station suitable for the given category of vehicle;
  4. Having received endorsement of the technical expertise, the owner (holder) of the vehicle no later than within 5 days applies for the registration of this technical modification at any of CSDD Service centres.

 The frame may be changed only for the frame of the same vehicle make and model. Documents supporting ownership of the frame must be presented for the purpose of registration of the technical modification.
