Liability if registration requirements are not met

The use of a vehicle in road traffic which is not registered in accordance with the prescribed procedure is administratively responsible. Under the first paragraph of Section 72 of the Road Traffic Law, a fine of between eleven and twenty eight fine units (EUR 55 to 140) applies for this infringement.
