You can apply for the pilot test:

in person: on arrival at the Riga client service centre of the CSDD ;
by phone 67025777 67025791.
e-CSDD.

Future motorcyclists can apply for the pilot test only after they have fully completed the training at the driving school, for which a relevant record has been made in the CSDD Register of Vehicles and their Drivers, and passed the theoretical test required for obtaining the licence.

There is no limit to the number of times you can take the pilot test.

If the applicant is unable to attend the test, they must cancel the test no later than the previous working day. This can be done in person by visiting the Riga client service centre of the CSDD, by phone or e-CSDD. If you do not attend the test without prior notice, you will have to pay for it in full.
