Certificate of vehicle data verification. If the applicant is satisfied that the vehicle data are correct, the comparison may be waived. The verification is mandatory if:
the vehicle does not have an identification number;
- the vehicle is deregistered;
- vehicle registration certificate;
passport or ID card of the person submitting the documents. A driver's license issued by the CSDD may be presented if the Population Register contains information of a valid passport or ID card.
Removing the vehicle from the register may be made by the owner (possessor) or holder of the vehicle or a person authorized by them (see the section "Persons who may register a vehicle").
