Theoretical training
When starting training at a driving school, a person is registered in a group of learners. Classes should take place in the form of lectures and discussions according to the content of the training program according to a certain schedule, in a certain place. The duration of one lesson is 45 minutes. It is forbidden to solve thematic tasks during the lessons (it can be done independently). Classes should be devoted to relevant topics and explanation of unclear, more complex issues.
During the training (only outside the specified lesson hours) there may be tests and exams, so that the teacher can determine the level of knowledge of each trainee and readiness for test.
At the end of the theoretical training, a theoretical test for graduating from a driving school may be taken, the procedure for acceptance and assessment of which must be reflected in the concluded training contract.
Driving school is entitled to expel the student from the study group for not attending classes. This is provided for in Cabinet Regulation No. 358 of 13 April 2010 " Regulations on Driver Training and Driver Training Programs " and this procedure should also be described in the training agreement.
