Payment history

1.The CSDD e-services payment history list contains information and payment receipts (in PDF format) on transactions performed both in the CSDD customer service centres and in e-services for the last five years.

2. Proof of payment is available in the profile of the person of the e-service:

from which the payment was made (e-service payments);
the receipt indicates this person as the "payer" (Client service centre payments).

3. If the client does not want to use the opportunity to obtain a transaction confirmation document in the CSDD e-services, then the generation and preparation of a copy of the transaction confirmation document for issuance or dispatch is a paid service of the CSDD, which is issued on the basis of an application.

Note: The transcript will be issued to the payer indicated on the payment receipt, the recipient of the service, the owner or holder of the vehicle, or the person for whom the fine has been paid. A copy of the receipt shall be issued to a person other than the payer indicated in the payment receipt, the recipient of the services, the owner or holder of the vehicle, or the person for whom the fine has been paid, if a written authorization is received from the person concerned. Authorization is not needed for the officials of the relevant legal entity.
