Payment options

Payment options:

• in e-CSDD with your payment card. A service fee of EUR 1.02 (VAT incl.) per unit is applied for the collection of fines;
• in CSDD customer service centres with cash or with your payment card. A service fee of EUR 1.20 (VAT incl.) per unit is applied for the collection of fines;
• by wired transfer* (detailed information on making the payment is specified in the decision on the application of the fine – i. e., decision number, amount of fine, payee’s details, etc.).

Important! When making a payment by transfer, the payment document must accurately specify the information that allows to identify the payment purpose, i. e.:

• the number of the decision on the application of the fine;
• it is also desirable to specify the state registration number of the vehicle with which the violation was committed and the data of the person to whom the fine was applied.

*If the payment of fine was made by transfer, CSDD services will be provided when the payment of fine has been received to the respective:

• State budget revenue account and information is available in the electronic payment system “eKase” (for fines applied by various state authorities);
• municipal revenue account and information about it is available in the State Register of Vehicles and their Drivers (for fines applied by municipal authorities).
