Necessary documents

Certificate of vessel data verification. If the applicant is satisfied that the vessel data are correct, the vessel data verification may be waived. The vessel data verification is mandatory if:
- the vessel does not have an identification number;
- a jet ski, cutter or motorboat registered in Latvia by 1 February 2004;

small vessel registration certificate;
personal identification document (personal passport, identity card, driving license issued by the CSDD or driving permit). The action can be performed by the owner of the vessel or his authorized person (see section " Persons who can submit documents for registration of the vessel and its engines ").
