Sign up to receive registration services in person

You can sign up to receive registration services for the vessel or its outboard in person in e.csdd.lv (a description of the activities to be performed is available at the end of the section) or by phone 67025777.

If the certificate of unit number verification is necessary for the registration (see "Vehicle data verification"), the vessel (its engine) must be presented before the appointment. No booking is required to perform the verification in the CSDD Customer Service Centre except if the comparison is to be made in customer service center in Alūksne, Valka or Krāslava.

You can make a booking for registration of:

• A vessel registered in Latvia, indicating its state registration number;
• For a vessel not registered in Latvia, indicating its make and model.

It is possible to make a booking during the working hours of the CSDD customer service centre, if time slots are available on the specific date and time.

The time of each booking is intended for the registration of one vessel. If the registration is to be performed for several vessels, a separate bookings must be made for each vessel.

If, after comparing the unit numbers, the vessel or engine of the vessel will be immediately registered at customer service center in Alūksne, Valka or Krāslava, it is necessary to make two consecutive entries for registration at customer service center.

If a booking has been made, upon arrival at the CSDD Customer Service Center, you must take a line number marked “Registration”.

If it is not possible to arrive at the specified time, the booking can be canceled using e.csdd.lv or inform CSDD calling the phone 67025777.

If the customer does not arrive at the reserved appointment time, the reserved time is canceled and he must sign up for another time for receiving the service.
