Renewal of the vessel removed from the register using e-CSDD
The craft can be restored to the register electronically in the e-CSDD or by contacting any CSDD customer service center (see the section " Restoration of the vessel removed from the e-CSDD register in the CSDD customer service center ").
The e-CSDD may restore the vessel to the register if the following conditions are met:
- the vessel has been removed from the register after 22.12.2016;
- the owner and holder of the registration certificate of the vessel are the same person. If a holder who is not the owner of the vessel is indicated in the registration certificate of the vessel, renewal of the vehicle without changing the data on the holder specified in the registration certificate is permitted only if the activity is performed in the presence of the vessel owner and the registered holder or their authorized representatives at the CSDD customer service center ;
- the vessel has not been marked in the register regarding the change of ownership or authorization for another activity;
- the vessel's registration certificate has not been lost. If the document has been lost, the lost registration certificate may be obtained at the same time as the vessel renewal registration in the register. This operation can be performed only in the CSDD customer service center.
- the vessel or its owner has not been registered a prohibition for the performance of the relevant registration activity;
- if the personal watercraft, cutter, motorboat or specialized craft does not have an identification number in the “VIN” section of the registration certificate, a valid data verification certificate must be issued.
