Description of number plates

When registering a vessel, a state registration number shall be assigned to it and the type of the number plate conforming to the state standard LVS 413: 2002 "State registration number plates for vessel" shall be determined. After registration, the owner of the vessel can choose to receive the stickers or stencils of the state registration number assigned to the vessel or to arrange for the number to be placed on the vessel himself. The assigned national registration number must be painted (affixed) on both sides at the bow of the vessel.

Multiple vessels shall not be assigned a national registration number with the same combination of letters and numbers at the same time.

In general order the number plates are assigned sequentially from the list available at the relevant CSDD customer service center.
