Tax exemptions
Exempt from natural resources tax:
- representations of diplomatic, consular and international organizations and persons enjoying diplomatic or consular privileges and immunities;
- a vehicle that has been expropriated in Latvia or is registered in its own name by the M1 and N1 vehicle manufacturer or its authorized representative, who has entered into an agreement on the creation and application of an end-of-life vehicle management system, during the term of this agreement and for vehicles of the brand indicated in the agreement.
