Certificated statement in English

The certificated statement of a driving licence in English is a printout from the State Register of Vehicles and their Drivers, which must be printed out and which the person to whom it is submitted can check at the address indicated in the certificate.

Only the holder of the specific driving licence can receive a statement in the section "Driver licencing" / "Certificated statement of driving licence in English" of the CSDD e-services ( https://e.csdd.lv ), as well as in any CSDD customer service centre. 

The statement contains data on

• driving licence;
• categories obtained;
• experience of the driver;
• expiry date;
• registered demerit points.

To issue a statement, payment must be made: 5.41 euros.
