Information for medical institutions on health examinations

  • Information on a person's state of health must be entered in the State Register of Vehicles and their Drivers by a representative of a medical treatment institution. Certificates are not issued in "paper" format;
  • In order for a medical institution to make an entry, a contract must be concluded with the CSDD. The agreement can be received electronically by sending an electronically signed application to the e-mail csdd@csdd.gov.lv or a hand-signed application by post. After signing the contract, it must be sent electronically or by post, or submitted in person to the CSDD corporate customer service center (address: S.Eizenšteina Street 6, Riga, LV - 1079).
