Early examination
To renew driving disqualifications for driving under the influence of alcohol or narcotic, psychotropic, toxic or other intoxicating substances, as well as for refusing a medical examination to determine the concentration of alcohol or the effects of narcotic, psychotropic, toxic or other intoxicating substances examinations, the person must undergo an early health examination.
This examination should be performed by a specialized medical commission set up at the medical institution (see list below).
Upon successful completion of an early medical examination, the applicant may apply for a theoretical examination. After passing the theoretical test and only after the end of the prohibition period, the applicant can receive a driving license, as well as apply for a driving test and take it.
