To obtain a licence to drive a car, motorcycle, quadricycle, for the most categories, you must study at a driving school and complete driver training courses.
The procedure for obtaining a driving licence for various categories (age, experience, type of training and tests for obtaining a driving licence) has been determined by the Cabinet of Ministers on 02.02.2010. Regulations 103 "Procedures for the Acquisition and Renewal of the Right to Drive Vehicles and Procedures for the Issuance, Exchange, Renewal and Destruction of a Driving Licence" in Annex 3.
Driving school training takes place in accordance with the Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 358 of 13 April 2010 " Regulations on Driver Training and Driver Training Programs ".
Once the driving school is fully completed, you must pass the CSDD tests and obtain a driving licence within three years. At the end of the training, you can apply individually or with the help of a driving school for a theoretical and / or driving test for obtaining a driving licence in one of the 10 CSDD customer service centres that provide driver licencing services. You must present a passport or personal identification (ID) card when applying for tests. A medical certificate, a certificate of completion of a first aid course, a training card, a receipt for payment for services must be submitted only in cases where the information on the mentioned documents is not in the register.
If it is not possible to attend the test, the CSDD must be notified no later than on the previous working day. Otherwise, the prepayment will be cancelled.
