Documents required

  • vehicle registration certificate;
  • vehicle registration number plates. If the number plates cannot be handed over, new number plates must be issued for the vehicle;
  • passport or ID card of the person submitting the documents. A driver document issued by CSDD can be produced if the Population Register contains information about the person’s valid passport or ID card. This procedure may be performed by any person of full legal age.
