Prevention of conflicts of interest and prevention of corruption

The services provided by the CSDD and its related organisations are assessed worldwide as a potential source of corruption risk. The approach of the CSDD is to ensure that the risk of corruption in its structure is minimal. In order to implement appropriate measures, an anti-corruption program has been developed and is being implemented, and a separate structural unit of the CSDD, the Anti-Corruption Unit, has been established. The essence of the program is based on the identification, assessment and preventive reduction of the risks of corruption in the internal processes of the CSDD, inspections of compliance with the regulatory documents and established procedures, as well as compliance with high ethical norms and zero tolerance of corruption. The measures of the program are observed and implemented by all employees of the CSDD, performing certain tasks in accordance with their competence and being responsible for their fulfilment. The activities of the program are planned, organised, coordinated and controlled by the Anti-Corruption Department.
