CSDD mobile app confidentiality policy

1. Mobile app uses the national register data of Vehicles and their drivers with the Manager being SJSC “Road Traffic Safety Directorate” (CSDD) Registered office: S. Eizenšteina iela 6. Riga, LV-1079, e-mail: csdd@csdd.gov.lv

2. CSDD respects your right to privacy and it is our duty to protect your personal data. In order to be able to provide you with the service, we need to collect personal data from you and use it as follows:

• read calendar – for synchronising reminders with the mobile device calendar,
• access to the internet - for displaying information,
• write data to the device's internal memory or SD card - for storing the downloaded files of the app,
• discover known profiles - provision of push messages.

3. The personal data of the user of CSDD e-services will not be disclosed to third parties.

4. The user of CSDD e-services has the right to withdraw his/her consent to processing personal data by deleting his/her account.
